Sports Section - Time to buck up guys...

Hi, as you all know, last sun's match was a disaster for us. I'm sorry i failed to lead the team well. I've got quite a number of things to say, so bear with it for a while and read on...

As you all know, a few of us give a few ideas on stuff like getting new jerseys, organise training, etc. But i would like to highlight to you guys the meaning of getting a team jersey - "Behaving like a team"
1) Are we playing like a team?
2) Is everybody serious abt FFU as a SOCCER TEAM?

I understand, everybody's point of view varies. Some of you may think soccer is just a leisure game, some take it seriously. But i would like to ask you guys to help me pull the team together if you take FFU as a team for you to train to be a team member, and stay healthily fit.

From here i would like to go into more details of our TRANSFORMATION.
i would like to give a fixed position for everyone and have a more defined tactics for our future games.

1) Ang Zaw ( GK )
2) Xuan You ( GK / DMC )
3) Johnny ( DL / DR )
4) Wee Siang ( DC ) Captain
5) Kelvin Peh ( DC/MR/SC )
6) He Chi ( DC )
7) Xuan Wei
8) Boon Siong
9) Ivan ( ML / MR )
10) Kah Yong ( MC )
11) Yong Jie ( MC )
12) Xian Min ( FC )
13) Wee Seng ( FC )
14) Tom ( FC )
15) Zhishen
16) Zhenghui Treasurer
17) Edmond
18) Hong
19) Anthony
20) Hon Peow (AMC / DR ) Head Coach
21) Emmanuel
22) Don
23) Ah Lam

Some of the positions are not filled up yet, but i need you guys to try to fill it up with your preferred position.

From this stage onwards, i would like you guys to take it a more serious approach so at least we have an answer to ourselves "we tried our very best to be at our very best"

what are the things we need to do?
1) Organise training sessions for field-play and SS
( No worries i can find empty field )
2) Tactical Definition - fixed positions and discuss how to play tgr
3) Treasury to have a healthy funds for kits

4) Team Jerseys ($17 bucks cheap cheap)
5) Learn to play as a team. Play to our strengths, and cover for one another's weaknesses.

To end this post, i would like to empthasize on the fact that our behaviour on the field also reflects what type of person we are. Maybe it is time for us to change and maturize our way of dealing with things. Just my 2 cents worth.
Thanks.

(Pls give suggestions or voice out ur unhappiness along the way)

- Kah Yong, your sporting director
